COLLEGE
HOUSE - NEWTON ABBOT
The purpose of College House is to provide 24 hour housing care and support for a maximum of 12 residents with learning disabilities.

ACCOMMODATION
Residents have a single bedroom and the use of the fully furnished shared kitchen, dining room, bathrooms and toilets.
We can also offer self-contained accommodation for those wanting more independence, but with the reassurance of 24 hour staff support being nearby.

friends at the College House Golden Jubilee Party
Residents are expected to keep their room and communal parts of the house clean and tidy and to take reasonable care of the furniture, fittings and equipment.
We plan outings and activities with the residents as part of the development of a homely environment.
The house is situated within five minutes walk of the town centre and has good access to local public Transport.
For protection, the house has been equipped with a fire detection and safety system.
The Parkview Society realises how important it is in shared housing for the residents to have a say in who else moves in. The Parkview Society will consult all existing residents before offering a permanent place to a new applicant.

Shared facilities unfortunately mean it is not possible to accommodate pets.
Shared standards of behaviour mean residents are expected not to cause nuisance, disturbance or physical harm to other residents or neighbours.
The Society will not permit any behaviour comprising or leading to sexual or racial harassment.
